Red Tiger Motaguense Cichlid

Parachromis motaguensis

The Red Tiger Motaguense Cichlid is a selectively bred variant of the wild Parachromis motaguensis, renowned for its intense red coloration and bold, tiger-like black barring. Native to Central America, the species is found in rivers and lakes across Honduras and Guatemala. The red morph, developed in captivity, is favored in the aquarium hobby for its dramatic appearance and powerful presence.
