Environment: Slow-moving rivers and flooded forest areas with sandy or muddy substrates

Physical Description
Body Shape: Typical armored catfish build, with a slightly elongated body and rounded snout
Coloration: Bronze or coppery body with a darker horizontal stripe running from the snout through the eye to the tail
Fins: Transparent or lightly tinted, often with a subtle bronze hue matching the body
