Albino Paradise Fish
Macropodus opercularis — Albino Variant
Overview
The Albino Paradise Fish is a striking colour variant of the classic Paradise Fish (Macropodus opercularis), displaying pale cream to white coloration with pink or red eyes typical of albino fish. Hardy and adaptable, Paradise Fish were among the first tropical fish kept in aquariums and remain popular due to their bold personality and resilience.
Like other labyrinth fish, they possess a labyrinth organ that allows them to breathe atmospheric air from the surface, enabling them to thrive in a wide range of aquarium conditions.
